During your time with us, it is likely that you may miss a session due to various reasons. If you miss a session, there is a way to make it up to still graduate!

In order to make up your missed session, you will join what is called Open Office Hours which are open scheduled called times for you to join and practice whatever tool or technique you need to make up. In order to be successful in these call times, there are a few things to note:

1. It is required that you’ve watched the module aligning with the class that you’ve missed (i.e., if you missed call 7 which covers module 9: Meta Model, in order to participate in open office hours you must have watched everything up to and including module 9 in its entirety. If you missed call 20, for example, which covers module 26+27: Hypnosis, in order to participate in open office hours you must have watched everything up to and including modules 26+27.)
2. As a part of the content, it is required that you’ve also watched all “demo’s” within the content which is an example of the tool or technique being used with a client.
3. If you are completing a technique that is inclusive of a script, it is recommended that you also read over and practice the script/technique before hand so you’re first time reading it out loud is not with your client in the breakout room. There are some language patterns that will be new to you and potentially will feel unfamiliar. This is intentional, but may not be how you speak (yet).
4. If you are apart of a cohort, it will also be asked that you watch the recording of that cohort call before attending the open office hours. (If you don’t have accesss to that document, please ask your trainer)
